Description	:	Between 1588 and 1765 sixteen member of the family Nassau-Diez were intered in this church: six stadtholders of Friesland, their spouses and children. Most of them were buried in two caves, six coffins were placed aboveground, in a chapel. There were also a few monuments. In 1795 the Netherlands were occupied by French troops. After World war II a wooden new monument was erected and scutcheons were hanged on the walls.
