Description	:	Yoder.-Amelia, daughter of Stephen and Lucy (Miller) Yoder, was born near Kalona, Iowa, Feb. 13, 1881; passed away at her home, in the same community, Oct. 9, 1947; aged 66 y. 7 m. 26 d. Death followed a major operation. In her youth she united with the Mennonite Church and at the time of her death was a member of the Lower Deer Creek congregation, near Kalona. Miller and Kate-Mrs. Mose Mishler, Kalona, Iowa), and many other relatives and friends. One sister (Ida) and 3 infant children predeceased her. She was a dutiful mother and a kind and helpful neighbor. Funeral services were held at the Lower Deer Creek Church on Oct. 11, in charge of John Garber, John Y. Swartzendruber, and Joe Hershberger.
