Description	:	Graveside services were Friday, April 27, at 10:00 a.m. at the Alma Cemetery for Arnold C. Davis, 87, who died Wednesday, April 25, 1984, at the V.A. Medical Center in Grand Island, Nebr. The Rev. Tony Woodward officiated with military honors by Fay Cady Post 118 of Alma American Legion. He was baptized and had been a member of the First Christian Church, Alma. Survivors include his wife, Nina, Alma; three sons, Arnold Jr., Overland Park, Kansas, Darrell of Stillwater, Minn., and Jack of Bertrand; one daughter, Mrs. William (DuReece) Gehring of Indianola, Nebr.; nine grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Archie (Sadie) Longsine of Lexington, and Mrs. Addie Calkins of Alma. He was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters. Banta-Torrey Funeral Home of Alma had charge of arrangements. A memorial fund has been established.
