Died July 12, 1917, aged 29 years, 6 months and 11 days. She leaves to mourn her death the husband, one daughter, mother, three host of friends and distant relatives. Her twin brother Bertie Americus preceded her to the better land April 10 1905. A precious one from us has gone A voice we loved is stilled; A place is vacant in our home Which never can be filled. God in His wisdom has recalled The boon His love had given And though the body slumbers here The soul is safe in heaven. The body was brought to Nelson from Donphan (sic) for burial and the funeral occurred from the Presbyterian church (sic) on Sunday afternoon at two o'clock. Rev. Dressler conducted the service.
