Pleasant Plain community succumbs after illness Chris Mineart, 76, long-time resident of the East Pleasant Plain community, passed away at 1:30 a.m. today, following a lingering illness of many months. Mr. Mineart was an old time resident of this county, having lived for many years on a farm near East Pleasant Plain. He is a member of St. Joseph's Church. The funeral arrangements are in charge of the Frank Hoskins Funeral Home at Brighton. The body will remain at the Mineart home until time for services. Surviving are his wife, four daughters, Mrs. Edgar Rotzinger of Brighton, Mrs. Ernest Jacobs of Eldon, Mrs. Christine Swift of California and Mrs. Mary Holt at home; and four sons, Henry Mineart of Brighton, Pete Mineart (sic) of Mason City, Vincent Mineart of Pleasant Plain, and Clarence Mineart of Salem.
