Description	:	MRS. PETE HANSON DEAD Dora Vangen Hanson died at a Bismarck hospital Saturday morning at 1 o'clock following a brief illness. Deceased was the oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Vangen, and was born near Binford on July 18, 1884, being 34 years and 9 days old at the time of her death. Read More	MRS. PETE HANSON DEAD Dora Vangen Hanson died at a Bismarck hospital Saturday morning at 1 o'clock following a brief illness. Deceased was the oldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. P. Vangen, and was born near Binford on July 18, 1884, being 34 years and 9 days old at the time of her death. On Dec. 17, 1907, she was united in marriage to Pete Hanson, and went to Tuttle, N.D. to live on a farm. After residing there four years they returned here and farmed for three years, when they went to Tuttle, where they have since made their home. Seven children were born to their union of whom two are living, Clara, aged 8, and Josie, aged 3 years. Five died at birth or shortly thereafter. The remains were brought here Monday and funeral services held at the Vangen home at 1 o'clock and from the Lutheran church at 2 o'clock where a large number of friends gathered to pay their last respects to the dead. Rev. Halling conducted the services, and songs were rendered by Mrs. Halling and the church choir. Interment was made in the cemetery west of town where a large number of friends followed the remains to the final resting place. CARD OF THANKS To those who have been with us in our bereavement and by kind visits and kindly acts have tried to lessen our sorrow, and to the choir and to Mrs. Halling who rendered songs at the funeral, we extend our sincere thanks. Pete Hanson and children, J.P. Vangen and family. In addition to the siblings listed below are these: Paul Vangen Hans Vangen Published in the Binford Times, Binford, N.D. August 1, 1918 Pete Hanson was married to Mildred Haugen July 19, 1922 and lived in Kidder county, North Dakota. Peter and Dorthea had five babies that died including Peter C. born May 11, 1917 died September 8, 1917.
