She was a member of St. Mark's Church and former owner of Doc's Place in Hamburg. She is survived by a daughter, JoAnne Alvis, Lancaster; four sons and daughters-in-law, Neil and Eileen, Bob and Betty, Lancaster, Bill and Betty, Oakland, and James Oatney of Dayton; 22 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; sister, Mrs Clyde (Irene) Morgan, Lancaster; brother, Homer Neff, Lancaster; sister-in-law, Hilda Neff, Lancaster; daughter-in-law, Viola Oatney, Columbus. She was preceded in death by her husband, John A., son Richard, brothers, Lester and Louis Neff, and sister, Marie Kinser. Funeral services are at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Mark's Church; burial in St. Mary Cemetery. Friends may call 7-9 tonight and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at the Sheridan Funeral Home. Rosary is at 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
