Read More	Rites For Frank Parr At Stanton Had Undergone Major Surgery Previous Week Frank Parr, 51, of Stanton passed away at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital at Norfolk Saturday after an illness of a week. He had submitted to major surgery the week before. Mr. Parr was born near St. Henry's, the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Parr. His mother passed away when he was a small boy and he came with his father and family to Dodge to make his home with relatives for a time. He attended school here. He was married to Ella Muhs of Stanton, who with six children, deeply mourn his untimely death. He has farmed in Stanton County since his marriage. Surviving children are two daughters, Mrs. Leo Schultz of Leigh; and Carol, 8, at home; four sons, Merle and Gus of Stanton; David, Norfolk and Tom in the Navy. Also surviving are four grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Rudy Busch of Howells; and four brothers, Joe and Barney of Rock Island, Ill; John of Omaha and Henry H. of Dodge; four half brothers and two half sisters, Albert and James of Scribner; Leonard, Sheboygan, Wis.; Raymond in service in England; Mrs. Catherine Monsen and Mrs. Alicia Felberg, both of Sheboygan, Wis. Funeral services were held Tuesday morning in St. Peter's Catholic Church at Stanton with burial in the Stanton cemetery. Rev. Norman Parr, nephew of the deceased, of Omaha, was celebrant of the Requiem High Mass. Rev. R.J. Parr of Atkinson, cousin of the deceased was also in the sanctuary. Rev. Fr. Saxon, pastor of St. Peter's delivered the sermon.
