CLINKENBEARD RITES HELD THIS AFTERNOON Guy Clinkenbeard, who died at Davenport Tuesday morning, was buried this afternoon from the home of Bernie Clinkenbeard, 106 South Sixth. Rev. Louis Mendenhall conducted the service, and interment was made at the Evergreen cemetery. The following served as pallbearers James Heston, George Freshwater, George Kienholz, Hugo Scannell, Ora Greenfield and James Freshwater. The decedent was born December 22, 1874 (sic) at Fairfield, and with the exception of a few years at Libertyville, has always resided here. He has been ill for the last year and a half, but it was only recently that his condition became serious. He is survived by four brothers, Joseph of Oakland, California, J. W. of Des Moines, Dave of Mt. Pleasant, Bernie of Fairfield, and a sister, Mrs. Sam Cool of Kearney, Nebr.
