She was born to Edwin and Fredericka (Tegtmeier) Gottula on June 10, 1910, at Steinauer. She was the fifth of 11 children. She was baptized at the Salem United Church of Christ in Steinauer on July 24, 1910, and confirmed on July 13, 1924, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Elk Creek. (Gottula) Robison, 94, Tecumseh, died Wednesday evening, Dec. 22, 2004, at the Johnson County Hospital in Tecumseh. She was born to Edwin and Fredericka (Tegtmeier) Gottula on June 10, 1910, at Steinauer. She was the fifth of 11 children. She was baptized at the Salem United Church of Christ in Steinauer on July 24, 1910, and confirmed on July 13, 1924, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church in Elk Creek. She attended the Damm country school in rural Pawnee County through the eighth grade. She married Thomas Robison on Oct. 29, 1940, at St. Peter's Lutheran Church. They lived on a rented farm east of Elk Creek and she lived in Tecumseh while he was serving in World War II. After the war, they lived on the family farm east of Elk Creek. They moved to Tecumseh in 1983. She became a resident of Belle Terrace in Tecumseh on May 26, 2003. She was a longtime member of St. Peter's Lutheran Church. She was a member of the Dorcas Society, Legion Auxiliary, Johnson County Extension Club and the Rural Mailcarrier's Association. She enjoyed quilting, knitting, gardening, traveling with her husband and playing cards. Survivors: son, Rodney Robison of Pawnee City; daughter, Vicky Gobber and husband Bob of Gretna; six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; brother, Ivan Gottula and wife Hazel of Elk Creek; nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Tom (May 26, 1992); son, Reginald; infant sister, Marie; sisters, Elva Gottula and Erma Buethe; and brothers Eldon, Richard, Elmo, Vernon, Victor and Reuben. Funeral: 10:30 a.m. Monday, Dec. 27, St. Peter's Lutheran Church, Elk Creek. Burial: St. Peter's Lutheran Cemetery. Visitation: 1 p.m.-8 p.m. Sunday, Wherry Brothers Mortuary, Third and Jackson streets, Tecumseh, and one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials may go to the family's choice. Wherry Brothers Mortuary in Tecumseh is in charge of arrangements
