Description	:	CALCUTTA Iverna "Peggy" Ramser Kapp, 75, of East Liverpool Road, died at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2008, at the Cleveland Clinic. Born June 24, 1933, in East Rochester, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Earl and Bertha Ramser. She had lived in this area 33 years. She was a secretary at Robertson Heating Supply in Alliance for 12 years. A member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, she was graduated from Alliance High School in 1951. Read More	CALCUTTA Iverna "Peggy" Ramser Kapp, 75, of East Liverpool Road, died at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23, 2008, at the Cleveland Clinic. Born June 24, 1933, in East Rochester, Ohio, she was a daughter of the late Earl and Bertha Ramser. She had lived in this area 33 years. She was a secretary at Robertson Heating Supply in Alliance for 12 years. A member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, she was graduated from Alliance High School in 1951. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death in 1993 by her husband, Walton L. Kapp, whom she married in 1970. She is survived by two daughters, Cindy Ludy and her husband, Melvin, of Carrolton, Ohio, and Kim Marshall and her husband, Lazero Bello of Pacific Palisades, Calif. Surviving are two sons, Jeffrey Marshall and his wife, Kathleen, of Atlanta, Ga., and Joshua Kapp of Los Angeles, Calif. There are nine grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Also surviving are a brother, Richard Ramser and his wife, Joann, of Alliance, Ohio. Minister Skip Sheville of the Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah's Witnesses is to conduct services at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Dawson Funeral Home, where friends may call one hour prior to services. A gathering of friends and family at the Dawson Family Center will follow the service. Burial is to be in New Waterford Cemetery at a later date.
