Ken was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He and Neva spent summers at their cabin at Lake Madison in South Dakota. He played hard and he worked hard as the chief projectionist at the Hollywood Theater in Sioux Falls. This tribute to the projectionist by poet Alvin Richard Plough was published in 1917 in the Motion Picture News.
