She attended school in Washington and graduated from Washington High School in 1978. On January 28, 1978 she was united in marriage to Michael McFarland in Washington, Iowa. Lee Ann worked in the Dietary Department at Washington County Hospital and later worked as a machine threader at Fansteel in Washington. Read More	Lee Ann was born on December 29, 1959 in Washington, Iowa the daughter of John and Marguerite L. (Black) Dusenberry. She attended school in Washington and graduated from Washington High School in 1978. On January 28, 1978 she was united in marriage to Michael McFarland in Washington, Iowa. Lee Ann worked in the Dietary Department at Washington County Hospital and later worked as a machine threader at Fansteel in Washington. She attended the Faith Baptist Church in Washington, was an active member of Relay for Life and was captain for "Team Stompers." Lee Ann was a member of the American Cancer Association, served on the Washington County Cancer Board and was a public speaker about cancer. She loved to travel and was a devoted animal lover. Lee Ann was a true lover of life. LeeAnn is survived by her husband, Mike McFarland of Washington, Iowa; one sister, Jo Ann (Steve) Gault of Washington, Iowa; two nieces (Goddaughters); two nephews; three great-nephews; and one step-brother, Dick Maxwell of Burlington, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her father in 1978; mother in 2002; her infant son, Eric Michael; step-father, Cloyce Maxwell; grandparents, George and Katherine Black and Lee and Mary Dusenberry. Age 46 years.
