Lettie was born February 11, 1930 in Harlan, Iowa to the late Peter and Edna (Miller) Jensen. She married LeRoy Loper on August 25, 1951. They were blessed with three daughters, Laura, Lynn and Linda. Lettie is survived by her daughters, Laura Cloutier and Linda Scherrer both of Council Bluffs; 3 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren; son-in-law, William Doner of Councill Bluffs; nieces and nephews. Visitation with the family, Sunday, 2-4 p.m. at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Bayliss Park Chapel. Funeral service, Monday, 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment Garner Township Cemetery with a lunch following at 5th Ave. Methodist Church. Memorials are suggested to the church.
