Both Mr. and Mrs. Best were members of the Presbyterian Church of Watertown when they made their home here and funeral services were conducted at the Second Presbyterian Church at Council Bluffs. Two children survive, Dr. G. N. Best and a daughter, Mrs. Jennie B. Park, both of Council Bluffs. |
