| Description | : | Omaha Daily Bee, February 16, 1908: Following a stroke of apoplexy a week ago Wednesday, Mrs. Mary Ann Eliza Groom died Friday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. M. T. Mootaz, 2127 Farnam street. She was stricken while visiting friends in Council Bluffs and did not rally. She was 79 years old. The funeral will be held Sunday and interment will be at Walnut Hill cemetery, Council Bluffs. -------------------- Note: In the obit, they misspelled her daughter's name - Mootaz should be Mottaz. She is buried beside her daughter who is in grave 2. |
