Allen was probated yesterday, and Charles Edgar Brown was appointed executor. She gives all of her estate, valued at $15,000 in personalty and considerable real estate, to her surviving relatives, according to the terms of her husband's will, who bequeathed her the estate for life with remainder to others. --The Cincinnati Enquirer; Friday, 29 Jan 1892; pg. 8, col. 5 ## A Legacy Wanted. Katherine A. Peale was bequeathed $30,000 under the wills of Mary D. Allen and Wm. H. Allen. She has no received the money, and has now sued for that amount.
