Description	:	Mrs. Mary Lamach, 84, a resident of Sweet Grass county for nearly 50 years, died Wednesday night of last week at the home of a son, George Lamach. She had suffered several strokes recently. She had been an invalid for 3 1/2 years and had lived with the Lamaches and with a daughter, Mrs. Emil Dribdahl and family. They moved to a... Read More	Mrs. Mary Lamach, 84, a resident of Sweet Grass county for nearly 50 years, died Wednesday night of last week at the home of a son, George Lamach. She had suffered several strokes recently. She had been an invalid for 3 1/2 years and had lived with the Lamaches and with a daughter, Mrs. Emil Dribdahl and family. Mrs. Lamach was born April 30, 1878, in Bohemia. She came to the United States with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Pravda, in 1882 and was married to John W. Lamach April 2, 1900, in North Dakota. They moved to a farm in Minnesota in 1909 and came to Montana four years later, locating first near Ryegate and later homesteaded in Sweet Grass county in the Gibson area. They moved to Big timber in 1940. Mr. Lamach died here in 1951. Survivors include nine sons, Charles and George of Big Timber, John of Billings, Ted of Mullan,y Ida. Joseph of Missoula, Eugene of Three Forks, Pat and Mike of Casper, Wyo., and Eli of Sparks, Nev.; three daughters, Mrs. Emil Drivdahl of Big Timber, Mrs. Laura Steele of Missoula and Mrs. Elda Walker of Seattle; also 25 grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Funeral services were held at the Lowry Chapel Saturday afternoon, with Rev. W. F. Clingman officiating. Music was by Mrs. Robt. Groom who sang "Beyond the Sunset" and "The Old Rugged Cross." She was accompanied at the organ by Mrs. Mervin Sell. Pallbearers were six sons, Eli, John, Ted, Charles, Pat, and Eugene. Honorary pallbearers were two other sons, George and Joe.
