She is survived by her children,Rosalind "Becky" Burgess of Randolph,VT, Alice L. Rubic of Wilkes Barre, PA, Patricia Meier of Prince Frederick, MD, Donald L. Russell and David R. Russell, Sr. both of California, MD, 11 grandchildren and four great grandchildren also survive. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, James B. Russell, Jr., one sister and three brothers. The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 23, 2004 from 3:00 until 6:30 pm at the Brinsfield Funeral Home, P.A. 22955 Hollywood Road, Leonardtown, MD. Prayers will be recited at 6:00 pm. A funeral service will be held on Monday, May 24, 2004 at 10:00 am in the Brinsfield Funeral Home Chapel. The Reverend F. Paul Liersemann will officiate. Interment will follow in the Charles Memorial Gardens, Leonardtown, MD. Memorial contributions may be made to the Hollywood Volunteer Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 79, Hollywood, MD 20636.
