Thompson, 74, who had been in failing health the past six months, was taken by EMS ambulance Sunday morning to Wells Community Hospital, where she died at 8:30 a.m., only minutes after admission. Born Dec.22, 1902 in Tocsin, she was the daughter of Charles and Rose Trullender Wolf. Her marriage to Mr. Thompson, who survives, took place Dec.19, 1938 in Huntington. Other survivors include three sons, Charles R. of Bluffton, Dave E. of Poneto Route 2 and Carl D. of Bluffton Route 3; a brother, Roy Wolf of Ossian Route 2, and 10 grandchildren. Calling will be after 1 p.m. today at the Thoma-Rich Funeral Home, where services at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday will be in charge of Rev. Charles Lane. Burial will be in Tocsin Cemetery.
