Survivors include his widow, Cuma of the home; three daughters, Mrs. Celesta Koch of Mojave, Calif., Mrs. Ruth Green of Indianapolis, Ind., and Mrs. Phyllis Kupfer of Fresno, Calif.; two sons, Earlin Burgert of 1807 Ohio St. and Lloyd Burgert of 1505 Vt. St.; three sisters, Mrs. Esther Boehringer of Lucas, Kan., Miss Irma Burgert of 1546 R. I. St., and Mrs. Alice Nelson of 1545 Barker; two brothers, Chester Burgert of Hanover, Kan., and E. O. Burgert of Colorado Springs, Colo., and 14 grandchildren. Rumsey Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
