Description	:	Deaths WARREN - Robert J. Warren, 72, of Hiawatha, Kans., died Monday night, December 22, 1975, at the Hiawatha Community Hospital. He had been hospitalized for the past 10 weeks following a car-pedestrian accident on US-36 Highway in the vicinity of Wathena. He was born in Northfield, Minn., on July 8, 1903, son of James and Laura D. Jonas Warren. He was married to Wilhemina Schrader who died... Read More	Deaths WARREN - Robert J. Warren, 72, of Hiawatha, Kans., died Monday night, December 22, 1975, at the Hiawatha Community Hospital. He had been hospitalized for the past 10 weeks following a car-pedestrian accident on US-36 Highway in the vicinity of Wathena. He was born in Northfield, Minn., on July 8, 1903, son of James and Laura D. Jonas Warren. He came to Kansas in the early 1920's where he farmed and did farm work for Harrison Idol northeast of Hiawatha for the past 30 years. He attended the Baptist Church. He was married to Wilhemina Schrader who died in 1967. On September 2, 1969 he was married to Doris Dean Bauman in Falls City. She survives at the home in Hiawatha. Other survivors include one son, Robert E. Warren of Conifer, Colo., three stepsons, Kenneth Bauman of Lawrence, Leonard Bauman of Lawrence, Leonard Bauman of Fort Smith, Ark., and Leland Bauman of Garnett, Kans.; two step daughters, Mrs. Robert (Alice) Garner of Highland, Kans., and Mrs. LeRoy (Charlene) Merkel of Robinson; one sister, Mrs. Lou (Grace) Edds of Hiawatha; one brother, Theron Warren of Chicago, Ill.; three grandchildren and 11 step-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held from the Meek Mortuary Chapel at 11 o'clock Wednesday morning, December 24, with the Rev. Stanley Black and the Rev. Harold Wolf officiating.
