Langner, 52, was born Jan. 20, 1916, in Fairfield, the son of John H. and Grace W. Wildman Langner. He attended schools in Fairfield and married Mary Maxine Stansberry on Aug. 8, 1941, at Moberly, Mo. He had been a truck driver for Admiral and Merchants Truck Lines for 21 years. Langner was a veteran of World War II, having served in the U. S. Navy, he was a member of the Lutheran Church, Elks Lodge and American Legion. In addition to his wife he is survived by one son, Jerry, 13; his mother, Mrs. Grace Langner, Burbank, Calif.; two brothers, William J. and Kenneth F., both of Fairfield; and three sisters, Mrs. Marie K. Rauenbuehler, Burbank, Calif.; Mrs. Marjorie F. Alcorn, San Diego; and Mrs. Eloise A.Carlborg, Burbank. He was preceded in death by one daughter and his father.
