Description	:	Mrs. Theresa Enzbrenner, 82 widow of Nicholas W. Enzbrenner of the Eden community, northwest of Atchison, died yesterday afternoon in the Ozawkie nursing home where she had been a patient for the past six months. Mrs. Enzbrenner had been a resident of Atchison county 70 years and was a highly esteemed woman. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. tomorrow at St. Louis church, the Revl Cosmos Schneider, officiating. Burial will be in the family lot at the church cemetery. Mrs. Enbrenner was born Oct. 6, 1872 in Austria – Hungary and came to America with her parents, John and Mary Hager, when she was 12 years old. The family settled in the Good Intent community and she attended the former Center school. Oct. 23 1900, Theresa Hager was married to Nicholas W. Enzbrenner at St. Louis church. They lived in the Eden Community throughout their married life. Mrs. Enzbrenner was a devout communicant of St. Louis church and was a member of its Alter society. She reared a large family and was a devoted mother and wife. Surviving are four daughters, Mrs. Emel Scherer (Regina), Effingham. Mrs. Jack Hekelnkaemper (Margaret), Salem Ore., Mrs. Leo Erpelding (Elizabeth), Eden, and Mrs. James Scherer (Gertrude), Holton; three sons, Jodeph J. Enzbrenner, Eden and Francis and Bernard Enzbrenner, both of Atchison; a sister, Mrs. Katherine Jacobson, Huron; a brother, John Hager, Huron and nine grandchildren. Atchison Globe, Nov. 23, 1954
