Description	:	WAYNE MCFARLAND Walter Wayne McFarland the fourth child of Walter and Bertha McFarland, was born near Eagleville, Mo., Sept. 14, 1905, and died in the Decatur county hospital, Jan. 7, 1958. On Aug. 27, 1927, Wayne was united in marriage to Aleen (Bobbi) Smith, and this past year they celebrated their thirtieth wedding anniversary. Nine children were born to this family. Read More	WAYNE MCFARLAND Walter Wayne McFarland the fourth child of Walter and Bertha McFarland, was born near Eagleville, Mo., Sept. 14, 1905, and died in the Decatur county hospital, Jan. 7, 1958. On Aug. 27, 1927, Wayne was united in marriage to Aleen (Bobbi) Smith, and this past year they celebrated their thirtieth wedding anniversary. Nine children were born to this family. Survivors include his wife, Bobbi, Larry, Linda, and David of the home; Jack, his wife and four children of Algona, Iowa; Jim, his wife and three children of Weldon, Iowa; Douglas, his wife and daughter of Gladbrook, Iowa; Donald, his wife and son of Seattle, Wash.; Roger, who is with the US. Navy and stationed at San Diego, Calif. and wife, and a sister Zatha of Seattle, Wash. Wayne was united with the Evangelical United Brethren church when a child. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, a still-born brother, and a sister, Fola, and his own stillborn daughter. Farming and custom work with trenching machine were his life's work. He enjoyed both and also found much pleasure in raising and training horses. For the past 18 years Wayne and his family have lived in the Terre Haute neighborhood north of Lamoni, IA passed away Tuesday afternoon Jan. 7, at the age of 52 Years, 3 months, and 24 days.
