February 18, 1865, he was united in holy matrimony to Margaret Heisler, to which union one child was born, the present Mrs. George Wallace. November 19, 1896, the union was broken by the wife and mother passing into eternity. July 12, 1903, he was again united in matrimony with Mary J. Long. He was one of a family of 11 children 6 sons and 5 daughters. Only two survive him, Jonathan and David. They, with the widow, daughter, 8 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild and a host of friends mourn their loss. He was baptized in infancy and last month was received into the Evangelical Lutheran Church by rite of confirmation. The "peace which passeth all understanding" be his in full realization. His obituary in the Free Press Standard, Carrollton, Ohio, Thursday, May 11, 1911. William Frank Busler, who was born February 18, 1840, in Union Township, died Sunday in his home in Lee Township and was buried Tuesday at St. Johns. The services were conducted by his pastor, Rev. J. H. Lutz, of the Carrollton Lutheran parish. Mr. Busler was twice married, his first wife being Margaret Heisler and their marriage took place February 18, 1865. One daughter, now Mrs. George Wallace, was born to them. Mrs. Busler died November 1896, and on July 12, 1903, he was married to Mary J. Long. He was one of a family of 11 children, six sons and five daughters, but two of whom are living, Jonathan and Davis. He is survived by Mrs. Busler, a daughter, eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
