Description	:	Albert E. Lacox/Lacock, 62, died Thursday, November 27, 1934 at 12:30 a.m. at his home southeast of Nodaway. He had been ill with cancer for six years. Funeral services were conducted at 3 p.m. Friday by the Rev. Wayne Emory, pastor of the Methodist Church of Nodaway, and interment was in the Methodist Grove Cemetery southeast of Nodaway. Albert Eugene Lacock was born September 14, 1878 on a farm near Nodaway and he spent his life in that vicinity as a farmer except for a year spent as a merchant in Nodaway twenty years ago. He was married to Miss Ethel Mason on October 21, 1903 and nine children were born to this union, all of whom are living. They are William, Mrs. Pearl Hess, Mrs. L. C. Stroug, Glea, Chester, Paul, Wayne, and Edna of Nodaway and Mrs. Jessie Akers of Gravity. Besides his wife and children, Mr. Lacock leaves his mother, Mrs. Amanda Lacock of Nodaway; three brothers, Elver and Emory of Nodaway, and John of Hogan, Montana; one sister, Mrs. Mamie Bowman of Nodaway and four grandchildren.
