Description	:	Norway - Alma Louise Williams Williams, 84, of 4848 Norway Road, Norway, died Monday, Oct. 30, 2006, at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 1, at St. Johns United Methodist Church with the Rev. Mark Altman officiating. Burial will be in Norway Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joe Binnicker, Joey Williamson, Charles Myers, Govie Williams, Trevor Benton, Todd Williams and Bragg Williams. Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Williams, Harvey Williamson Sr., Joe Williamson and Bill Binnicker. Mrs. Williams was a retired school teacher from Norway Schools. She was a long-time member of the Norway Matrons Club and Past Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star. She was a member of St. Johns United Methodist Church and the widow of G. LaVerne Williams. Survivors include a daughter, Pamela W. Turkett and husband, Norman, of Goose Creek; three sons, Govie "Lee" LaVerne Williams Jr. and wife, Colleen, of Norway, Braxton "Bracky" Bragg Williams III, of Norway and Wesley Steven "Steve" Williams and wife, Annie Currie, of Orangeburg; six grandchildren, Charles Myers, Laurel Hills, Ashley Benton, Govie Lee Williams II, Annlouise Williams and Sidney Williams; and two great-granddaughters, Emma and Eliza Ann Hills. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Dukes-Harley Funeral Home.
