Read More	Bryan Times, Monday November 9, 1987, P 3, Col 1 Arthur J Billow Arthur J Billow 83, 313 E Gilmore St., Angola, Ind., died late Saturday afternoon, Nov. 7, 1987, in Meadow Haven Care Center, Butler, Ind., after a short illness. The son of Mary Elizabeth (Mahr) and John Billow, he was born July 21, 1901, near Ney. Mr. Billow was a lifelong area farmer, retiring in 1979. In 1970, he moved from the Ney-Farmer area to Angola, Ind. He was a member of the Ney United Methodist Church. On March 20 1926, he married Nina I. Roughton in Bryan, and she survives. Also surviving are a sister, Nora Whirledge of Niles, Mich.; a brother, Carl of Napoleon; and several nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by five brothers, George, William, Harry, John and Clifford; and a sister, Lottie Wolff. Services will be at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of the Oberlin & Ford Memorial Funeral Home, Bryan, with the Rev. Roger Ashley officiating. Burial will be in Farmer Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be after 4 p.m. Tuesday, when the family will receive friends from 4 to 9 p.m. Preferred memorials are to the Northwest Ohio Arthritic Foundation.
