Read More	Bryan Times, Monday 14 Oct, 1991, P 3, Col 1 Nina Ines Billow Nina Ines Billow, 90, 313 E Gilmore St., Angola, Ind died Saturday afternoon, Oct. 12, 1991, at the Carlin Park Health Center in Angola, Ind., where she had been a patient the last seven months. She was the widow of Arthur J. Billow. The daughter of Clara (Edwards) and Amzi Roughton, she was born in Putnam County on Sept. 17, 1901. A member of the Ney United Methodist Church, she had been an employee of the former Bryan Carment Factory and the Ohio Art Co. before her retirement. Surviving are a sister, Fern Levy of Bryan; two sisters-in-law, Mildred Billow of Napoleon and Gretrude Billow of Carrboro, N.C.; and severl nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death besides her husband were three brothers, Burton, Harlan and Raymond Roughton; and six sisters, Lila Kyser, Helen Ziegler, Lucile Denison, Eunice VanWagner, Mildred Roughton and Leona Brown. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Wednesday in the chapel of the Oberlin-Ford Funeral Home with the Rev. Greg Wack officiating. Burial will be in Farmer Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Preferred memorials are to the American Heart Association.
