She married John E. Maus on Sept. 1, 1951, at Topeka. He died May 5, 1999. Survivors include a son, James E. Maus, Topeka; a daughter, Christine M. Phelon, Topeka; two sisters, Imogene Colwell, San Diego, and Martina Willie, Topeka; and three grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Monday at Holy Name Catholic Church. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Mrs. Maus will lie in state after 2 p.m. today at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home, where a rosary circle and parish rosary will be recited at 4:30 p.m. today.
