Garst, Scott J. Garst and Perry A. Patterson, all of Topeka; four daughters, Robin A. Garst, Lori L. Foster and Theresa A. Matavosky, all of Topeka, and Cheri J. Bennett, Garnett; three sisters, Mary K. Tachner, Burlington, Wisc.; and Anna B. Scofield and Letha M. Griffiths, both of Topeka; six brothers, Lafe F. Garst, Jr.; Burton Garst, Fred Garst, Paul Garst and Glen Garst, all of Topeka; and Alvin Garst, Wichita, and 16 grandchildren. Mr. Garst was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Alisha Patterson, Jan. 14, 1985. Services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the parker-Price Mortuary. Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery. Mr. Garst will lie in state after 3 p.m. Monday at the mortuary where relatives and friends will meet from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday. Memorial contributions may be made to the Donald G.
