Description	:	Eloise M. Lockling – Barry, age 86, of Council Bluffs, passed away Wednesday, April 5th, 2017 at Bethany Lutheran Home. Per her wishes, Eloise’s body was cremated and her remains will be included with her son Norman at a later date in Cedar Lawn Cemetery. Memorial service will be 11:30 A.M on Saturday, April15th, 2017 at Northwest Christian Church , (714 Benson Street) with Pastor Mike York, officiating. Eloise was born in Woodbine, Iowa the daughter of the late Roscoe and Ruby (Robinson) Barry on December 2nd, 1930. She attended country school through 8th grade and graduated from Woodbine High School in May of 1949. She married the late Darmand Fuller of New Market, Iowa on February 7th, 1949 and they had five children, all boys; Richard, Allan, Norman, Russell and Dennis. Eloise was a salesperson for a time with Minnesota Woolen Company where she went door to door selling clothing. After that, she was employed at AT&T (formerly Western Electric) for most of her life. She worked hard to raise her five boys and was especially fond of her son Norman who had Muscular Dystrophy. He was able to walk until about age 10 and was then confined to a wheelchair until his passing at the age of 21 (1976). She married Clem Klosky in 1974. He was a Harley enthusiast and had built a custom trike for her to ride when they went on trips touring the country. Clem passed in 1980. She married Kenneth Lockling in 1990 and moved to Hastings NE. They enjoyed spending the winter months in Texas. They were married 17 years. In 2011, she was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and moved into assisted living at The Heritage at Fox Run in Council Bluffs, Iowa. She loved watching the golfers chipping and putting (hole #17). After a couple years there, she moved to Bethany Heights in Council Bluffs. In November, 2016, she was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and was moved to Bethany Lutheran Home where she passed. Survivors include husband; Kenneth Lockling; four sons; Richard Fuller, Allan (Peggy) Fuller, Russ Fuller, and Dennis Fuller; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren; two sisters, Shirley Knapp, and Bobbie Forman; one brother, John (Carol) Barry; sister-in-law, Betty Barry; nieces; nephews; and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; Roscoe and Ruby (Robinson) Barry, granddaughter; Stephanie Fuller, 1st and 2nd husbands; Darmand Fuller and Clem Klosky, one sister; Donna Messerschmidt; four brothers, Clifford, George, Lawrence and James; three brothers-in-law; and a sister-in-law, Dorothy Barry.
