She was preceded in death by her parents, by her husband, Karl Bearce, and one brother, Charles Dreyer. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Friday, June 13 at University United Methodist Church, 1621 SW College Ave., Topeka. Interment will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery, 4700 SW 17th St., Topeka. Frances will lie in state after 3 p.m., Thursday, June 12 at the Penwell-Gabel Mid-Town Chapel, 1321 SW 10th Ave., Topeka where the family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to University United Methodist Church.
