Description	:	Grace Ferbrache, 93, formerly of Hiawatha, passed away February 23, 2013 at Aldersgate Village in Topeka where she resided for the last four years. She married Walter “Jack” Ferbrache in 1943. They made their home in rural Hiawatha. Jack preceded her in death in 2000. Grace was active in the Fairview American Legion Auxiliary and the Carson Club. She was an active supporter of the Fairview Willing Workers 4-H Club. Due to inclement weather, graveside services are planned for 2:30 Thursday, February 28, at Chapel Oaks Funeral Home in Hiawatha. Reverend Roxie Sullivan will officiate. Private burial will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Hiawatha. Friends may call at the funeral home after 10 a.m. Wednesday. The family will meet with friends from 1 until 2:30 Thursday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions are suggested to Alzheimer’s Association which may be sent in care of the funeral home, 124 S 7th St., Hiawatha 66434.
