Read More	The following provided by Find A Grave contributor "Cara": The River Press, Fort Benton, Mont., 20 Jan 1932 Harry Crane Passes Away Word was received in this city last Wednesday of the death in Seattle, Wash., of Harry R. Crane, following an operation. Mr. Crane passed away on Tuesday, according to word received here by his mother, Mrs. Julia I. Crane, and other relatives. The news came as a great shock to many residents of the county as Mr. Crane had resided here about ten years ago, when he moved to Seattle, where he has since resided. He was held in the highest esteem in this city, where he attended both the grade and the high school and where he spent the greater part of his life, leaving here ten years ago to reside in Washington. The body was shipped to Fort Benton and arrived here on Saturday evening and was accompanied by his brother, Morris H. Crane, who resides in Calif., and who went to his brother's Seattle home when he learned of his passing. Harry R. Crane was born in this city on Jan. 16, 1902, and passed away in Seattle on Jan. 12, 1932, lacking just one week of being 30 years of age. Besides the wife and three children, he is survived by his mother, Mrs. Julia I. Crane, of this city; six brothers, E. R., Morris H., and Chester R., of California; Ezra L., of this city; George W., of Great Falls; and James P., of Billings; three sisters, Mrs. Bert McMahon, of Calif.; Mrs. Thomason, of Butte; and Mrs. Leo. Kilroy, of this city, and other relatives and a large circle of friends. Funeral services were held from the Louther chapel on Sunday afternoon at 3 and were conducted by the Rev. Leslie Rolls, pastor of the Episcopal church of Great Falls. The pallbearers were old time friends of the deceased. Burial was made in Riverside cemetery. The relatives have the sincere sympathy of the community in this their time of bereavement.
