She made her home with her mother and niece, Irene Russell, in DuBois. She is survived by them and a brother, John. She was preceded in death by her father, Henry Koester, a brother, Herman, and sister, Mrs. Lillian Russell. She was a niece of Mrs. W. L. Kauffman, Seneca. Services were held Monday afternoon at the Friedens Evangelical church conducted by Rev. Reider. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Kroemer, Sr. were among the many who attended the service.
