Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery. Mrs. Herr will lie in state from 2 to 9 p.m. today at Brennan Funeral Home where a parish rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. today.
