Description	:	John Troudt, son of George Troudt and Emma Deines Troudt was born May 4th (sic), 1893 and passed away, April 10th, 1969 at the age of 75 years, 11 months and 5 days. On July 3rd, 1912 he was united in marriage with Minnie Klawitter. To this union, two sons were born, LaVern of Alma, Nebraska and Leslie of Hastings, Nebraska. Read More	John Troudt, son of George Troudt and Emma Deines Troudt was born May 4th (sic), 1893 and passed away, April 10th, 1969 at the age of 75 years, 11 months and 5 days. On July 3rd, 1912 he was united in marriage with Minnie Klawitter. To this union, two sons were born, LaVern of Alma, Nebraska and Leslie of Hastings, Nebraska. He spent all of his life except two years in and near Nelson. He attended the Nelson Public Schools, and was a member of the Nelson Methodist Church. He is survived by his two sons LaVern and Leslie, their wives, Margaret and Leone; six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren; one brother, Ed Troudt of Nelson, Nebraska; and one sister, Mrs. Margaret Horn of Long Beach, California and a host of other relatives and friends. His wife, Minnie and his parents preceded him in death. He was a kind and loving husband, father and grandfather, & will be missed by many friends and neighbors and relatives. The casket-bearers were the six grandsons, John, Robert, and Carroll (or Coke) sons of Leslie; LeRoy, son of LaVern; John Sullivan, Janets husband; Robert Zielinski, husband of Joan; both daughters of LaVern; and Tim Lane and Dick Hansen. The music was furnished by James and Alfred Hansen. Interment was at the Nelson Cemetery.
