Description	:	Marjorie was born to James an Lena Donahue Ellis and grew up in Council Bluffs, graduating from Abraham Lincoln High School in 1940. She was united in marriage to Chester Fryer on May 4, 1941 and to this union, children; Thomas, Judith, Steven and John were born. In the early 60's, the family moved to Omaha to be near their new business. In 2009, due to health issues, Marjorie and Chet moved to Des Moines and later to Indianola to be near their daughter. In the early 60's, the family moved to Omaha to be near their new business. In 2009, due to health issues, Marjorie and Chet moved to Des Moines and later to Indianola to be near their daughter. Most recently, Marjorie was a resident of Westview Care Center. Marjorie loved visiting with everyone. Give her five minutes, and she woud know all about your family, and what you hoped to achieve in life. Marjorie enjoyed reading, playing bingo, and going to Burger King. In recent years, she became very interested in current events and continued voting in every election. During the last few years, her primary focus was ensuring her husband Chet was well cared for. Marjorie was his partner in business as well as in life, spending long hours at The Bike Shop in the Benson area of Omaha. They would have celebrated their 78th wedding anniversary in May. Marjorie and Chester were members of the Community of Christ Church and served selflessly for many years together.
