Other survivors include two sons, Leigh Barrett and Neil Barrett, both of Topeka; a brother, Philip Preble, Norton; and a granddaughter. Mrs. Barrett was preceded in death by a son, Kent Barrett, in 1944. She was cremated. memorial services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Oakland United Methodist Church. Inurnment in Mount Hope Cemetery will be private. Memorial contributions may be made to Oakland United Methodist Church, 801 N.E. Chester, Topeka 66616. Penwell-Gabel Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
