Description	:	Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon from the Dahle Funeral Chapel in Mohall for Robert T. Alexander who passed away in the R.B.M. Hospital on Saturday, February 1st. The deceased was born in Madelia, Minnesota, May 14, 1875. He grew to manhood in Minnesota and in September of 1900 married Miss Gertie Sutlief. Eleven children were born to this union. Mr. Alexander filed on a home stead east of Tolley in 1901. He continued to live on this farm until 1913, when the family moved to McKinney. The deceased was born in Madelia, Minnesota, May 14, 1875. He grew to manhood in Minnesota and in September of 1900 married Miss Gertie Sutlief. Eleven children were born to this union. Mr. Alexander filed on a home stead east of Tolley in 1901. He continued to live on this farm until 1913, when the family moved to McKinney. They stayed there until their farm was purchased for part of the game refuge. Mrs. Alexander passed away in 1945. One son made the supreme sacrifice in World War II. One daughter passed away in infancy. The surviving children include Mrs. John Sjoquist of Tolley; Mrs. Racheal Ator of Plentywood, Montana; Elmer Alexander of Baker, Oregon; Mrs. Chester Frank of Vallejo, Calif.; Mrs. Freis Hanson of Choteau, Montana; Duane Alexander, Choteau, Montana: Mrs. Marvin Benson of Grano; Reuben Alexander of Tolley and Zeryl Alexander of Granville. Two sisters also survive him, one of which Mrs. Ed Leonhard of Warren, Minn. Other survivors include 23 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren. Rev. Ralph E. Roe officiated at the last rites. Burial was made in the McKinney cemetery. Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Allen sang a duet at the last rites with Mrs. Arthur Lunde at the organ. The pallbearers included Vance Hembree, John Fuchs, Ed Ethen, Ben Ethen, Herman Rowland and Arthur Swenson From the scrapbook of Lillian Lundgren Zeltinger who passed away in 1997.
