Description	:	Two Deaths In Two-Auto Crash Two persons were killed and two hospitalized early Wednesday in a two-car collision at Twenty-third Avenue and South Eleventh Street. Dead on arrival at a local hospital were: Mrs. Twyla B. Streepy, 35, 323 Hyde Ave. Duane E. Boeck, 24, 2309 S. 9th St. At Mercy Hospital are: Mrs. Streepy’s son, Pat, 11, in satisfactory condition with multiple cuts and bruises. Mrs. Blanche Underwood, 37, 3002 Sixth Ave., in fair condition with facial cuts, leg injury and multiple bruises. One Car Overturns Police said Mrs. Underwood’s car, which was northbound on South Eleventh Street, overturned after the impact. The Streepys were passengers in her auto. Officers said Boeck was alone in his vehicle and apparently was traveling west on Twenty-third Avenue. County ambulance attendants said Boeck was thrown from his car, and was found under a front porch at a corner of the intersection. Husband Into Shock Robert Streepy, Illinois Central switchman and tow-truck driver for Jay B & Son Garage and husband of the dead woman, answered the accident call about 3:45 a.m. and went into shock when he discovered the identity of the victim. He was not hospitalized. Police said Mrs. Streepy had picked up sandwiches and was taking them to her husband when the accident occurred. The deaths raised the traffic fatality count in Council Bluffs to 10. The toll for the county now stands at 19. Obituaries are on page 28. Streepy, 35, 323 Hyde Ave. She died early Wednesday in a two-car accident at Eleventh Street and Twenty-third Avenue. Mrs. Streepy was born at Magnolia and resided most of her life in Council Bluffs. She was a member of First Christian Church and was employed at Skaggs Drug Center. Survivors include: Husband, Robert E.; two daughters, Pamela and Deana, both at home; son, Patrick, at home; stepson, Michael, stationed with the U. S. Marines in Vietnam; stepdaughter, Miss Susan Streepy of Council Bluffs. Mother, Mrs. Clara VanCleave, Council Bluffs, five brothers, Leonard and Dean VanCleave, both of Council Bluffs, Myron VanCleave of Des Moines, Wilbur VanCleave of Portland, Ore., and Donald VanCleave of Woodbine, and sister, Mrs. Robert Davis of Shelby. Funeral arrangements are awaiting word of arrival of Michael from Vietnam.
