Survivors include a twin son and daughter, Terry McNeil and Cheryle Elliott, both of Topeka; a son Michael McNeil, Phoenix; other daughters are Nancy Sederburg, Springfield, Mo., and Patty Block, Topeka; a brother, Dale Rockenbach, and a sister, Donna Jean Rengstorf, both in Lincoln, Neb.; 13 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren also survive. A funeral service for Mrs. McNeil will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Brennan-Mathena Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery. She will lie in state after 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, where a prayer service will be offered at 7 p.m. Memorial contributions are suggested to Heart of America Hospice and sent in care of the funeral home, 800 S.W. 6th St., Topeka, 66603.
