Mrs. Blanche Burrier, 66, of Harlem Springs, died Tuesday, January 20, at 10:40 p.m. in Aultman Hospital after an illness of several months. She was born March 30, 1875 in Loudon Twp., a daughter of Samuel and Eliza Jane (Hosterman) Abel and spent most of her life in that vicinity. Mrs. Burrier was a member of the Methodist Church at Kilgore. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Pearle A. Scott and Mrs. Vern Campbell, both of Loudon Twp. Her Husband, Joseph Burrier and a sister, Mrs. Belle Albaugh, preceded her in death. Services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. in the Blazer & Graham Parlors at Carrollton, followed by services at 2 p.m. in Harlem Springs Methodist Church with Rev. Raymond Swinehart officiating. Burial will be made in Harlem Springs Cemetery. Her obituary in the Free Press Standard, Carrollton, Ohio, Thursday, January 22, 1942. Mrs. Blanche Burrier, 66, died Tuesday in Aultman Hospital, in Canton. Born in Loudon Township, Carroll County, she resided there for many years. She was a member of the Methodist Church. Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Vern Campbell of Scio and Mrs. Pearl Scott of New Rumley. Funeral services will be held Friday at 1 p.m. in the Blazer-Graham Parlors at Carrollton and 2 in the Methodist Church at Harlem Springs. Burial will be in the Harlem Springs Cemetery.
