Neff, 87, Stoutsville, died 12:15 a.m. Sunday at the Crites Nursing Home, Lancaster. Born Oct. 18, 1885 in Stoutsville, she was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Stout. She was a retired postmistress of Stoutsville, the widow of Floyd Neff and a member of the Stoutsville United Church of Christ. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Al (Lois) Mueller, Grandview Heights; sisters, Mrs. Hazel Harden, Stoutsville and Mrs. Orin Dreisbach, LaJolla, Calif.; a brother, Claude Stout, Flint Mich.; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. Services will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Mader Funeral Home, with burial in Maple Hill Cemetery, Stoutsville. Friends may call at the funeral home beginning 1 p.m. Monday.
