Dankert were held at Zion Lutheran Church at Worms Tuesday. Dankert, 42-year-old farmer of north of Worms, died Friday, July 25 of a heart attack. Mr. Dankert was born March 31, 1916 on a farm north of Worms to Mr. and Mrs. Emil Dankert. He attended the parochial school at Worms and Palmer High School. He had lived in the Worms community all his life. Dankert were held at Zion Lutheran Church at Worms Tuesday. Dankert, 42-year-old farmer of north of Worms, died Friday, July 25 of a heart attack. Mr. Dankert was born March 31, 1916 on a farm north of Worms to Mr. and Mrs. Emil Dankert. He attended the parochial school at Worms and Palmer High School. He had lived in the Worms community all his life. He and Miss Lois Dirks were married May 6, 1951 at Columbus. They made their only home on a farm north of Worms. Mr. Dankert was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church and of the Laymen's League. Surviving in addition to his wife are a daughter Peggy; two sons, Neil and Kevin; four brothers, Arthur Dankert of Dannebrog, Armin Dankert of Grand Island, Albert Dankert of Palmer and Martin Dankert of Omaha; six sisters, Mrs. Clara Heider, St. Libory, Mrs. Rosa Ottemoeller and Mrs. Frieda Nietfeld, Grand Island, Mrs. Minnie Wegener, Hot Springs, Ark., Mrs. Irma Martin, Reseda, Calif., and Mrs. Alma Bowes, Aurora. He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Herbert and Richard.
