Fred McDaniel and the Rev. Jimmy Hanf officiating. A eulogy will be given by Gene Homschek. Burial will be in Hebron Southern Methodist Church Cemetery near Livingston with Masonic Rights. He was born February 28, 1967 in Orangeburg, the son of Lois Tyler and the late Malcolm Jerry Tyler Sr. He was employed with Werner Enterprises Trucking Company as a long distance driver and was a member of the Masonic Lodge Number 110 in Branchville. He played in the band, Cloud Nine, with Loretta, Kenny and Mike. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Malcolm Cecil Tyler, Lucy Livingston Tyler and Alphonso Gammons. Survivors include his wife, Kerry Bourgeois, of Cordova; three children, Christopher James Tyler, Leah Hope Tyler, both of Cordova; and Brian McIntosh, of North Augusta; mother, Lois Gammons Tyler, of Orangeburg; grandmother, Beatrice Gammons, of Orangeburg; one sister, Alison Tyler, of Orangeburg; a number of aunts and uncles, a niece, Lauren Summers; and a nephew, Zachariah Fralix. Friends may call at the residence of Lois Tyler, 158 Retha Road, Orangeburg and at the funeral home.
