Description	:	Margery Ellen (Hoyle) Thorson, 70, died July 15, 2006 at her home in Tulsa, Okla. Marge was born July 21, 1935 in Omaha, to Orval E. and Margaret (McCurley) Hoyle. She graduated from Missouri Valley High School in 1953, and then on Feb. 16, 1957, she and Marlin Thorson were united in marriage. They lived in Omaha, NE for 21 years until they were relocated in 1978 to Tulsa, due to Marlin's job. Read More	Margery Ellen (Hoyle) Thorson, 70, died July 15, 2006 at her home in Tulsa, Okla. Marge was born July 21, 1935 in Omaha, to Orval E. and Margaret (McCurley) Hoyle. She graduated from Missouri Valley High School in 1953, and then on Feb. 16, 1957, she and Marlin Thorson were united in marriage. They lived in Omaha, NE for 21 years until they were relocated in 1978 to Tulsa, due to Marlin's job. She lived many places in her early years, yet Marge's heart was still always in Nebraska and Iowa with family and friends. Marge was preceded in death by father Orval E. Hoyle and mother Margaret (McCurley) Hoyle Skar, and step-father, Arnold Skar, as well as grandparents, aunts and uncles. She will be sadly missed by her husband of 49 years Marlin Thorson; Tulsa; son, Mike Thorson, Tulsa; son, Phil Thorson and his wife, Barbara, Pearland, Tex.; daughter, Lorena Hoyle, Huntington Beach, Calif.; her three granddaughters, Taylor, Haley, and Christy; sister, Genelle Wilding and her husband, Paul, Honolulu, Hawaii; sister, Farrel Wilson and her husband, Walt, Missouri Valley; sister, Wanda Ori, Des Moines; and brother, Fred Hoyle, Kona, Hawaii; aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins, and many friends. She will be remembered best for her love of her family and the love of her Lord Jesus Christ. Funeral Services were Saturday, July 22 at the First Presbyterian Church, Missouri Valley, Pastor Stephen Pike, officiant.
