Description	:	Martin Krogman, 79, Holton, was dead on arrival Sunday, December 4, at the Holton Hospital. He was born December 23, 1903 at Steinfeld, Germany, the son of Bernard and Wilhelmina Fischer Krogman. He lived at Powhattan and Seneca before he moved to Holton in 1948. Mr. Krogman was a farmer and stockman. He was a member of St. Dominic’s Catholic Church at Holton. He was married to Clara H. Osterhaus February 19, 1930, at Seneca. She survives. Other survivors include two sons, Paul Krogman and Robert Krogman, both of Holton; four daughters, Mrs. Alice Doyle, and Mrs. Gladys Law, both of Topeka, Mrs. Mary Ann Turner, Holton, and Mrs. Judy Barrow, Denison; three brothers, Joseph Krogman, August Krogman, and Bernard Krogman, all of Steinfeld, West Germany; a sister Josepha Neister, Steinfeld, West Germany; 16 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Dominic’s Catholic Church, Holton. Burial will be in Mount Calvary Cemetery at Holton.
